Wild Side - Cake

This is one of my all-time favorite cakes! I saw it first on an episode of "Rich Bride Poor Bride"

This is probably one of the coolest cakes I've ever seen!

I want the tables to be very simple because the real wow factor comes from the venue itself.

Wild Side - Bridal

Alfred Angelo Style 848

I didn't want a dress that was ridiculous just because I was getting married at a zoo... but I wanted to look for something beyond basic white.

Wild Side - Bridesmaids

Each of Amber’s five bridesmaids wore a tea-length dress made from chocolate-and-ivory paisley fabric, tied with a lemon-hued linen sash. Chocolate suede peep-toe wedges completed their look.

I love these dresses even though I have not idea where they came from. I would however pick a green sash instead of the yellow one.

I think the orange tulips look like little pumpkins!

Apple Orchard - Dessert

I saw these apple cupcakes when I was killing some time in a Barnes and Noble. Check out "What's New Cupcake? Ingeniously Simple Designs for Everyday Living" by Karen Tack and Alan Richardson. Such a cute idea, but I'll have to leave the mass production of these to the professionals!

Apple Orchard - Cake

I love the look of the cake by JenniferMI all I would have to change is the pears ->apples. I think there would have to be at least one cinnamon style tier.

Apple Orchard - Apples Everywhere

So it may seem like overkill but I swear I'd include the usually yummy for along with the themed food!

I think a family friendly and adult version of apple cider would be fun for cocktail hour.
Apple cider donuts would be great as appetizers that are passed around during the cocktail hour.
I couldn't forget apple pie as an alternate/ extra to the cake.
I'm not a fan of candy apples because they've always hurt my teeth, but I don't want to deprive others of that fun!

The apple place cards is an idea that I have seen in a few spots and seems like a really good idea.

Apple Orchard - Bridesmaids

The idea for the wedding party has changed drastically since I started working on this month, and I'm very happy with the results! This red necklace was the first one I found that i actually liked. I want one that's long enough that the girls can wrap it around twice and still have length. The dress is simple and cute enough that you could accessorize anything with it an still look amazing!

Apple Orchard - Flowers and More

I love this idea for the bridesmaids because it will last and can be made far in advance of the wedding. It will also be exactly the color I want it to be because I can find the ribbon myself. All the directions can be found here: DIY Divas

Bridal bouquet will be red poppies, which I love because they're so different and will really pop against my dress.
